Uneven and broken surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10039596.

On the slip road from M25 Jct 16 clockwise onto the M40 Eastbound (into London) there is a significant undulation on the road surface. It is getting worse and even at 40mph it can bounce the car off towards the right hand side of the road. It is definitely getting worse by the week. Thanks!
