Blocked Drains along the A316 London Bound

The 2 bridge shots are taken from the footbridge over the A316 above the London bound carriageway, just past Costco and going towards the bus stop. They show the area we are talking about. In heavy rain this area fills up to cover the inside lane and the footpath. As the whole 162 members of the Land Rover business must cross the footbridge from our parking at Kempton Park and walk along this carriageway, we have had several instances of members of staff being completely soaked to skin by passing motorists as they are unable to avoid the massive area of standing water.
