There is a crack on the motorway where the bridge deck joins the normal roadway. The joint has dropped, creating a significant height difference that extends across two lanes. This results in a significant and dangerous drop in the road surface. Vehicles travelling over this section of the road at speeds above 30 mph cause a loud banging noise. If there are no immediate plans to repair the issue consider reducing the speed limit to 30 mph.
