A frames and sand bags everywhere

Following the recent M4 J5 slip road works, contractors have removed most yellow signage. The associated A frames and sandbags have been left behind along B376 London Road from the Ditton Rd junction to M4 J5 RA. All roundabout entry and exit points and slip road entries are also littered with odd bits of abandoned traffic management equipment. Please have Chevron return to remove their flytipped/forgotten objects.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the redundant traffic management equipment. We will arrange for one of our local inspectors to investigate this. Where we have identified redundant equipment, this will be removed. However, in some cases we do leave items in place for future use. Some isolated cones may also be in place for a specific purpose that may not be clear to passing vehicles. Kind regards National Highways
