Congestion every day

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10034667.

This relief road is a mess,theres huge congestion between 16.00 and 18.00 on working days...wasnt this road meant to remove that? We are back where we started,the lights are all wrong and are causing this.Taxpayers have paid for this mess,....we are forming an action group and will complain to the transport minster if this isnt sorted.This cannot go on.
