Litter next to road works

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10032453.

There is litter appearing next to the roadworks on the Northeast side of the roundabout, at Jct 10, M23. Due to the nature of it, it appears that it could be from the construction site rather than from vehicles.
