Bridge road surface subsidence leading to very uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10032237.

The road surface has become very undulating, probably due to excavation works by wildlife in the embankments either side of the main bridge structure. Reported and given the FixMyStreet ref: 9792665, but we haven't received any updates on the findings and would welcome sight of this. Kind regards.
