Tarmac not holding manhole cover - very noisy

The road surface around the manhole cover has deteriorated to the point where every vehicle going over it causes it to clatter - thousands of cars every day for months, great fun listening to that every day/every night.

    If the manhole is ours and any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. If the manhole is a Utility Company's then we'll ask them to repair asap.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
