Lying water on northbound carriageway next to lay-by Reported anonymously at 09:51, Tue 19 January 2021 The lying water caused me to aqua plane towards a parked lorry last Friday morning; in the afternoon it appeared to have caused 2 cars to crash into a lorry trailer. This lying water was back again this morning causing cars to slow to 50.
